I wanted to let everyone know if your interested,
I worked up a windshield template with the help of Leyderacing.

Here is a sample of one with drivers.
It can be made in any color with or without drivers & rivets.
PM me if interested please do not post here.

I'll post a picture of it installed soon as I get it from Tim.

I talked to Tim yesterday actually, and had to scrap the idea. He has to have an order of 25 cowls up front to even be able to do it because of the vaccuuming companies requirement (They originally wanted 50 to be done up front, he talked them down to 25). I cannot afford to front $550 for 25 cowlings for the boats, so I decided to stick with the Dumas 3.5 cowl. Kinda sucks, cause I really like Tim's cowling. 6 Dumas cowlings were ordered this morning for the current orders. Mike

Actually, excuse me, I will be using Tim's glass cowling for the QS370, but the PS295 cowling required a new plug to do abs vacuum forming. This is the cowling that needs 25 up front orders, so I had to pass.

Mike I think it is time to build a big brother to my QS370. I would like to hang this on the back http://www.mhz-powerboats.com/catego...r-Section.html and then run it on 10s.

Morning Andrew! Is that lower for the Gas Size GS480 tunnel? Nice looking lower! We can discuss it, I have 3 scale hulls, and 3 tunnels being built right now tho, so it may be a little bit before I could even consider starting it as I have no more build room! Mike

Mike I think it would be for the gas size tunnel. I would really like to give a gear box lower a go. I know arrow shark do one just not sure of the quality. I was thinking either 8s or 10s depending on what motors I have in the cupboard. I do have a couple of spare 8s 300a FC esc's so it might be 8s on 5698 1100kv Leo that does the job.
