    Larrys 32" twin cat

Heres my new 32" FighterCat pre-painted hull.Im running 2 Arc 36x55 2800kv motors on 4s with 120 amp SeaKings. All hardware will be from my recently retired EKOS.
First thing to do is re-inforcement as the stock hull is very thin.Im using fiberglass matting and resin and will go 2 layers thick on the floor and sponson bottoms and sides for the seam. These pics show the stock hull.

I might have to if I cant get the stingers, but they should be one the way soon.Hopefully I can get this one done before the stingers for the triple come in.Should be able to-I have all the parts.Maybe you should do a quad drive BlackCat.

Im forcing myself to re-inforce this one. This is the one thing I dont enjoy so much, but it has to be done. And the water here is freezing quick too,so its not like I can run it soon.

Got the sides re-inforced a bit ago.Now it all has 1 layer in it.One more layer to go.No use taking pics of the re-re-incoforcement.

Those motors on 4s should scream...any thoughts on what props you are starting with?

Looking forward to following the build

Heres the last layer of re-inforcement.Turned out nice and smooth. The FG goes to about the Cats "chin" on the deck.I couldnt get it any further.Tomorrow,Ill pick up some Great Stuff window and door foam for floatation and a little more strength in the bow and will seal it up with epoxy to water proof it.

This is my set up.Two Arc 2800's and two SeaKing 120's on 4s.Should scoot pretty fast and run nice and cool. The stingers are from my retired EKOS hull and still retain the 4mm stub shafts.Steering is a Speedmaster mini hydro offset rudder. This hull will also have floor pickup water cooling as well.I hate seeing silicone tubing on the outside of my boats.

Me too.Its 41,440rpm.I might have to get two more x442's and have them cut down to 40mm.I dont really want this to become a SAW boat,so,if it does,Ill sell the Arcs and get a couple Leopards like you are in a lesser kv,like 2650.Oh,I do have two TFL 38mmx55mm counter props from kintec that I can use too.
