WHat modifications did you have to do to the tub?
    What Motor fits in their?
I ask because their is one for sale in the swap shop that still has the nitro engine in it.
A couple of pics would be great.

i used the stock tub sides to make a template for the bottom, extended it upwards teh same height as the 21fe tub and had to make it a little wider to fit the motor mount. it is basically a scratch made tub with the same sponson mounting locations and contour on the bottom as the 12 tub. it runs ul-1 motor and speedy

Looks awesome! You are running two batteries or one? It looks like two will fit.

Is that a standard length tub? Is your bulkhead in the stock location? What LiPos are they, maybe they are shorter and fatter than my ETTI and flightmax 5800s? I'm working on a .12 for Hydro1 (2s1p) and have moved the rear boom tube up as far as possible to get the cells under the boom tube, if I put the cells behind the boom they extend over an inch past the stock bulkhead and the bend in the flex/wire will have to be hideous to fit the motor in the remaining space.

Oh and the big questions, whats the benefit of the .12 over the .21 for Pspec? With the size of the .12 and weight of the .21 are you using the .12 or the .21 turn fin?

ya the orange one with the 1415 is a stock tub. the 12 tub is CF lined with no center bulkhead. the motor mount is just the motor legnth behind the bulkhead so that one really isnt needed. i on the 12 spec i use the 12 sponsons and turnfin.
on the 12 i use a 4000mah 4s and run it on top of the rear boom tube. with 2s you should be able to pull this off no prop. i also ran my spec 21 that way. this boat really doesnt care to much about the weight distribution. rod g (jae designer) told me that the saw guys are putting more weight on the rear so i am sure you could fudge the motor rewards a little. if worse comes to worse and you need more lift on the rear you just make the ski a few mm wider.

here is a link to the 12 build http://forums.offshoreelectrics.com/...&highlight=jae
