I'm with JesseJ. Try a larger diameter prop to drive that hull a little more efficiently. Your temps looks fine. I think mid to high forties once you get it tuned and still be with good temps.

Well...... I tryed the 220. It was faster but after 2 fast passes the esc stoped working right. It would stop and start. The esc is still ok but i have to put the 215 back on

is it to much amp draw for the esc?

what batteries are you using? it could be hitting low voltage cutoff. if you are using old or cheap batteries than the sudden drop in voltage could be droping below the 3.0 per cell. try the voltage cutoff "off" or different batteries.

than that shouldnt be the problem. just something to try. i use the 40c turnigy's and regardless of what everyone says, when i put them on the eagle tree there is no significant drop in initial voltage compaired to thunder power 40c's. i am only using it in a ul-1 motor/esc but i am peaking at around 76 amps, 50mm prop pushing 52-53mph. it is running under a pretty high load as the peak rpm is only around 25k.... i know that a 8xl is far less efficient and has a way higher amp draw but i still dont see that as being the problem
