you know. I only got 40mph out of it today 4s set up. and the motor wus 113, the caps on esc 119, the lipos 116. IS that good speed for the timps im geting? a little over 3 min run

Temps sound good. how big is this hull again?
I would try a 42mm prop and see what temps do.
might check your timing on the motor?
What C rating on batts? maybe 2P and 30+C might help.
How wet was she running?

I thank it is 34" the lipos are 5000 40c.

A prather 220 should give more speed, while keeping temps decent. Do you have other props to try?
