I'm not sure wether or not I will prop it up to run 90mph+ which is very possible, I'd like to keep mine in the 70-80mph range:D maybe go up on a prop just for a vid...? But I'd like to try to keep a decent run time and be reliable.. And on top of that I'm not anywhere near the skill or knowledge level of most any of the guys running the "Big" cats so I won't know all the little tune tricks among other things needed to know to break triple digits..
But to answer your question: if someone more experienced than me had this boat and same setup, diff props, and or batteries they could break 90mph+

There agn I'm not tryn to set speed records! Although 70+ is fast to me :)
    posting more pics soon!

If this is the cat I think it is I got his 54" hydro. He does nice work, you will have fun with that. I was thinking of it to but I'm still thinking about a jet for my hydro and it was the same price. If you are going to go over 80 I would add some carbon to the seams . my HPR 115 at 89 when flipped cracked on the side

i made the Plexiglas just 1.5" longer to the back that way i can mount my receiver further back so ill have plenty of antenna exiting the hull, i decided to use the servo tray and mount the plexi on top of it for my BEC, receiver lipo cut off, and receiver... the receiver 2 cell will be mounted behind the servo tray on the hull
(i don't have nearly enough stuff to use/fill the big radio box that was supplied with the hull so im trying to keep everything to a minimum)

So tommy gun are you selling it or keeping it? I suggest parting it out if you sell it.... way to big of a expense for most to "take in" in one lump sum... lol... but true...
