    HPR 233 electric build

This is the build log of my HPR 233 FE. I bought the boat from cat-boi (sandy) in which he did almost all the hard work, I am in the process of getting the boat painted. I have the drives, rudder, steering linkages, and stinger drive support brace/ trim adjustment all of that taken off the hull and sending it to paint this week! I will make a parts list so far as to what iv got and ordered, and what I need to do..
    List:
    - HPR hull w/ all the carbon bracing and motor mounts finished
    - MHZ drives and hardware
    - custom made S.S. stuffing tubes with bearing carriers
    - 2 futaba high torque servos
    - 2 Lehner 3080 9t motors
    - 2 Schulze 40.160 ecs's with added caps
    - airtronics M11x radio system with new FHSS receiver
    - castle BEC pro
    - 2 demension engineering lipo shields (12s)
    - 1 novak lipo cut off for 2s (receiver battery)
    - 2 2s 5800mah turnigy (receiver battery)
    - 15' of turnigy 8awg wire
    - 15' of turnigy 10awg wire
    - (60) 8mm connectors
    - (20) 4mm connectors
    - 16 6s 5000mah 40c lipo
    - 2 Emcotec sps power shut off switches
    - 10' of futaba servo wire, and 20 futaba style servo connectors
    - 2 octura x470

that's about all of my list I may have forgotten a few things but nothing major I wouldn't think, there are only 2 things on that list that I haven't purchased yet and that's my Emcotec sps, and the 16- 6s lipo.. I still have to seal up all the hardware after I get the hull back from paint... After I get all that finished I need to finish the tray that will sit on top of the servo's for the receiver and bec etc.. Just small electronics. then I need to make my esc mounts and my battery mounts and after that it will be time for testing out the radio system and all the fail safes I can possibly come across, lots of testing before she gets the first run...

I just want to say thanks to sandy for doing such excelent work on the hull mounting all the hardware etc. And thanks to grail for all the advice, help, and build pics to look at

    thanks
    Blake

I wrote this all on my iPhone so there may be some typo's, and also I'll be posting some pics when I'm off work and can get to a computer

Blake, for the main power connectors I would take a serious look at the Schulze 300A or at least their 200A connectors. Although these are pricey I have used just about every high current connector and found these to work the best without needing two vise grips to pull apart.

    300A:

                          WOW!!!!!!!
for what you have into this you could probablly just buy a dingy with a 100 horse outboard and just install a servo/reciever.

Maybe so but even with the 100hp on a dingy it still won't do 100mph like this one will......

Not real familiar with "big" cats but 100 mph...really?
