    Randy,

You going to get it ready for the November SAW event??

Also, without pictures, it never happened! :)

I am not going to L.A. SAW's until the Rolling Ghetto is in tip top shape and I have the $$$ to make it.

I do not always have the internet working at the shop to post pictures and I am forgetful in my old age. The new molds are just that "new molds". Not really good enough to show.

            Randy,
ON release agents. Frekote works wonders. I have never seen an epoxy actually bead on a surface.
The parts coma out of a mold by just shaking the mold
I use Frekote FMS as a raw mold conditioner, and Frekote 770-NC as the release agent. Clear, thin liquids both of them. Easy to apply.

Also, on vacuum infusion, ever head of MTI Hoze? It is a vacuum hose that has a membrane on the outside that does not let resin through. No dry spots or pin holes.

A tip: Once you have you epoxy mixed, put it in a vacuum chamber to degass it. no bubbles, which lead to pin holes.

wait im confused Randy, as ive viewed your website several times and never seen these beauties in the rigger section, or anywhere for that matter.

Are these hulls you produce for inclusive individuals/friends or family or something of that nature? or do you indeed sell these?

ive never been very fond or considerate of building a rigger, but man these look amazing! especially the 2nd picture in 2nd post of the thread, I absolutely love that hull.

Oh I got the impression that you bought the German Scale hardware. I was going to do the project just for my O Boy Oberto. There is more pictures on my forum http://www.dmwb.org/phpbb3/viewforum.php?f=47

Have you been on this part of the site? http://www.dmwb.org/phpbb3/viewforum.php?f=3
