No bushing - does the stuffing tube run through it, if so how do you adjust it?

Yep those are the ones. They supposed to be 3/16 stingers but they are well off. The hole was also different sizes throughout. I just drilled them out to 1/4" and made some bushings to fit the 3/16" shaft. I made my own bushings. I added links to post #11. In my opinion they are too short.

Well here it is. Had to use half the pond as they were a fisherman at the other end. Was running a tad wet to me. It also had a bounce when you lift off the throttle. Looks as if the nose dives hard when you chop the throttle. CG was 28% from rear of sponson. Water was choppy with alot of current.

that bounce is common,if you drop the throttle straight off the prop(s) drag causing the boat to bounce, just slow the throttle gently
some esc,s have a built in drag brake,if you drop the throttle it applies a automatic brake
which can make matters worse and can throw the boat completely out of the water
having not owned a cc i don't know if they have that feature

The boat looks good. Seeing this has lit the fire to finish my single version! Actually started painting yesterday.

Baked, what speeds are you getting w/ the 8XL on 4S? I ran a 66.7mph this am (twin HOTR, 99.9% same hull on the bottom) w/ 10XLs on 6S, Amperage spikes at 180A. Thinking about running 8 or 9XLs on 4 and 5S to change up battery configurations. But Im darn happy where its at now!

No idea how fast maybe 50? I like 4s. It's cheaper on the wallet. Your hauls on 6s.
