thanks Tom, ya I fixed the links. I replaced the original one that I saved out wrong. Sorry for the confusion, the links above and in Tom's post work now.
Man I went out the next night just me n the boat, must have been 1 foot waves - windy all day. I had to go to the upwind part of the pond to be able to get her up on plane. But running down wind - 10-20' long jumps!! huge and what a blast!
Darin's Prather 230 prop showed up and Egneg will be sending me my X447 in a week or so. I just got my cooling can and HOLY cow is it a monster. I will have to redrill the mount holes for the longer spacing."Look good doin' it"

Yep thanks. I used to do my mounts that way, but I feel a lot better with serious hold down. Glad to hear you are reinforcing the transom, you won't regret it. I am looking forward to seeing some action photos/vids of yours. How she sits, and especially how she rides. I was expecting mine to be a little drier and out of the water... guess not. I will next be trying 6S, will get some vids posted."Look good doin' it"

Jesse, have you looked at the models from Team Lindenau? You might get some good ideas there.IMPBA: 7-Time FE World Record Holder "Don't think outside the box. Rather, refuse to admit that the box exists in the first place!"

6s on glass will be insane!!My boats rear sits way down like yours when at rest in the water. I'm working on the transom at this very moment.........I found a "hitch" in the rudder. When it moves from just off dead center it grabs a bit in either direction............there was a small burr...........ground it down.

My thought is no tabs unless you need them. Got my used battery, it was junk it bottomed out before I could even get a lap in., I guess I will need a deans male to traxxas plug so I can try yours.
I ran today, no problems and managed to drive it in:-) no fishing for me.Comment

They are the big ones, oh and I got the novak 828 today. Have a bit of soldering before I can test it though.Comment

No, the 828 is for a Dumas American Enterprise. I had been talking to Carl about what esc to use for 24v and two 900 size brushed motors.
My 24" has two brushless sets in it.Comment

Ya no tabs unless you need em. I wanted to see. She don't seem to need em to me. If I could add some to a third servo, then I could use them to get her out of the hole and adjust as I rode, but as it is, I think all she may need are some turn fins."Look good doin' it"
