A couple of pics of what iv used just to mock up for clearances,the lipo battery is 3s 11.1v,along 540 motor on my new watercooled motormount,scorpion esc.

In the rear standard servo,reciever and battery pack.

Help:- im looking at Feigao 540XL which 1 do you think would be best and with what Batterys MAH,VOLTS (number of cells) & C rating and What props would you recomend

how many amps can your esc handle??

a 6XL on 4s1p 5000 30c lipo with m438 would be a good place to start. you can adjust from there.

Here you go 750g empty so pretty light considering the size.
the esc is only 35amps,only used to as a guide line with all the equipment in their,gonna buy new to suit the motor.

Well iv been doing some looking round on the tinternet lol
and thinking of running 2 x 11.1v 5000mah 3s 20c,200amp esc, feigao 540xl 9 or 10,
all water cooled,just gotta decide on prop now what you guys reckon,she should fly at that lol

Looking good F1.
Nice build. But before you continue with the driveline setup I must point out that the strut unit should face the other way. It seems to be in backwards in the photos.
Here's a pic of basicaly the same unit in the Sea Predator but with an inline prop.

Sorry. Just had a closer look. Is yours a variation on the one I have specificaly for a rigger setup?

it was my thought on another site that it was for a mono or around the wrong way.
looking at the pics it looks like the bracket piece joined to the round shaft has that tapered wedge shape which would suggest it being they other way around.
daz spin it around and have a look, take acouple more photos
