    BBY War Zone Jr

Bought from Chuck. Has a 3600 Turnigy 380 motor. What ESC should i use? Will a 60 amp be enough? I was planning on using 2 2200 2s batts or 3s.

I will probably do a new paint scheme. It is still white.

It sits pretty low without rx and batts

Trying my new underwater digital camera...

What can i use to clean up the hull. I tried rubbing alcohol but the old tape residue wont budge. Can i use lacquer on abs?

Anyone have ideas for colors? I was thinking red/black or a brighter color to see it better like yellow.

The boat looks surprisingly good in primer gray. I am going with an orange and black paint theme.

I bet you can remove a lot of weight by drilling holes in the rudder bracket.

Wow...great U/W camera. Those pics are awesome. Yeah if your running 2-3S, I think 60A is plenty. I think most setups running 3S usually run the UL1 esc which is only at 45A.

I would shorten up the strut and rudder bracket some. I will get rid of some weight, plus they are awfully long for that hull anyhow. Try to get it so that the leading edge of the rudder is even with the front of your drive dog.

And drill some holes (as was stated earlier).

Removing a half ounce from that hull is going to make a big difference.

I drilled some holes in the rudder bracket today. we will see how it does. I sprayed the last clearcoat so tomorrow I will wetsand and polish. i started to S/B the prop today, but i also did the blackjack prop and its just too much work to do in one day. I hope to get some runs in this weekend!!

Cool! You can run a prop first just balanced, then sharpen it later.

Looks like I found a hull to use the same Turnigy motor I have. What is the length and width of that?
