SORRY PEOPLE FOR THE DELAY IN BUILDING THIS M12.

I,VE LOST MY MOTIVATION !!!

!!!! HELP !!!!

Well the story goes like this.

Been out of town with work.
Home now but i just can't seem to get to the cat.
Wife , house ,friends , fishing .
Everything just keeps getting in the way.

I WILL FINNISH THIS CAT SOON.

I think my motivation will return after this weekend.
The real offshore Maritimo's are coming to town to race.

Just the fix i needed.

I'll be on the water in a 42 foot Kevlar cat watching the racing.
I'll post up some pictures and maybe a little video of the action.

Update on the M12 project very soon.

Maritimo offshore racing

Just the fix i needed !!

The racing was awesome.

1st place went to the Qatar Maritimo.

I got to see the new Mustang Maritimo up close.

They where still having some teething problems (mustang) , But Wow didn't that boat sound awesome.

Had a good chat to the Simrad crew . Very nice couple of guys.

It was a great day.
Only problem i forgot my video camera
I took a couple of pictures with my phone.
Enjoy.

Hay Bonewar i just got my motor cooler and mine fits very loose like im scared to put water threw it is yours that loose.

You should have brought your own cat and make pictures of it on top of the real cat's deck !

Jerry,

The carbon can fits loose around the motor , you then push the oring seal on.
and i use super glue to seal it all up.
Works very well , no leaks.

If yours is still loose with the o rings on i would get bigger o rings.

Update

Well,

Not much to report.

I've got her ready for under coat, problem is the rain wont let up.
Soon as it stops raining i will paint her.

Still have to work out where everything is going (servos , gyro , batts).
Once the paint is done , i will add the rest of the goodies.

I've also been busy with 1 of my other hobbies SPEARFISHING.

Been out on the GREAT BARRIER reef hunting coral trout and GT'S.

Got some real nice fish.

10 foot vis,

Man !!! you got to come over here and spear the reef.

On the weekend the vis was about 40 feet, and that is crap conditions.

We usually get around 60 foot visibility.

Glad you like the fish.

those are some great fish man!!! im lovin that yellow white and brown "trout" in the states we call those grouper, some really nice fish !
