      Thanks for that Bonewar!

I am past the toughest part and that to me is getting these cables right and tight. Remember you have to stretch them to length before cutting. These cables are very tight, zero slop and right on center. I used a dab of aeropoxy on the cables where they crossed in the wheel as per the vs-1 instructions and locktited the screws.

Looking at the front, the seals are in place to hold the inner sleeve, this way the inners can be replaced easily and quickly if they wear out. Looking at the rear, bellows will seal off the cables nicely.

Now it just down final radio layout , fixing the CG and battery location and final cooling tube and cable sealing (bellows). I think I will run her first before paint.

I heard a 440 prop is a nice start point, any suggestions?

        30. adapter installed.

        31. This is at a full height on the motor/transom setting. Low profile is really paying off!

              In conclusion.

              Ok,

the final layout sans the receiver for now. Just have to install the bellows in the rear ,cooling lines and tie down the esc, batt, etc.. and she should be ready to test. I did open up the stock water pick up to a more standard size.

Thanks for tuning in , I think a nice different paint job is in the works.

Just to let people know, I am out of adaptors for now, I will be making some more soon.

Excellent work Sandy! I just ran my 2 P-Spec setups on the weekend (my own design tunnel and an original Villain S1, and they are AWSOME!

An M440 works well, but I still have to test more props and do some fine tuning.

                  Kris,
How much are your adapters? Do you have them for the K&B and O.S. lower units?

                  Sandy, lookin great!!

I would start with the bottom of the bullet level with the sponson bottoms. But you will most likely be able to go as far up as 3-4mm under the bullet!

BTW this is a build thread, so I don't mean to do this, but to answer the question about price:
                          $35 for the adaptor
                          $15 for Coupler and
                          $5 for Shaft(normally $6.80)

Don't have any in stock, Sandy and Ray bought them all LOL j/k

Will post in correct aread of forum when ready.

                          Cheers

I hope you have a 42X55 Prop in your collection, cause you are going to want to try it out

Even the 40X53 gets it going!

Oh yeah, while you are waiting you should sharpen the skeg at least
