Ahhh. The 452. I had a x455 that I was going to start with. I lost it a couple days before my Proboat run on my Delta force 40. All I had on hand to maiden with was the 452. I had a 457, but at the time, I hadn't sharpened and balanced it yet. I agree on the Screamer. That is a big ass motor! It should swing a MUCH bigger prop with no problem. Seems pretty odd. Hopefully they (littlescreamers guys) are trying to figure something out. They seem to have vanished from this forum along with the guys making the HPR hulls. Seems like they are more into planes.

BINGO! I have emailed Scott. Left him voice mails. Left him messages on Skype and MSN. He owes me a motor but he seems to have slipped off the edge of the earth.

Yeah Ive seen that clip that is a fast scale u got and it jumps up on plane fast!But a 3080 big bucks.I was just curious with the motor change.So when is scoot supposed to have new motors? My problem is its no good if he presents a new motor then dissappears til another comes out. If there were more support I think one could make a go of it with a screamer but there are so many things to consider .Without support youre lost.

In that video that thing is struggling to get on step and the motor or esc is failing you hear it cog at end of video?timings off or something we need to move this to the screamer thread. Sorry Randy. Can we get some video of the proboat with the 1527?Salir tell me i understand you wrong? I know you didnt pay for a motor and not get one?If thats the case you take his azz to small claims and get your money back period. Now thats not right.if you got it directly from screamers just complain to the guy hes quick to make scott broke refunding money he refunded mine just cause I asked when would he be sending the motor
since he had already charged on my card.

Well I am back working on this boat I wanted to make the balance better and with 10S2P not put the cells under the deck. but in the sponsons. I am setting up another 1/8 Scale90 something Ellstrom or "Miss Elam" and did not want to cut it to it first I wanted some experience first. So the Elam is next.

I have not ran the Little Screamer motor much due to winter and battery placement. I had to slide two of the pack under the deck and it was hard to get the cells out. I was afraid that the tabs would pull out of the cells when hot. It was a pain in the A@@. The new hatches will take care of that.

The Miss Elam will be running a 2280 10T. I remember a Cat with this motor in it in Michigan that was all most not ever on the water, the prop lifted the whole thing out of the water all the time. It should be fast 60 to 65MPH

Wdell a little more work done. We are going to go to the pond this weekend and run the Hydros on sunday I have a GPS so we will get a MPH on them I am going to put in another motor in mine I hope to put in Damon's 3080 8T on 10S2P.

have you considered a naca duct insid your cowl covere wit a piece of gore tex?
Let air through no water then the duct can be over the esc.
