I have done the "dodgy tape job" when tring to squeeze a gps into a small rigger.
I gave up after the first time and went for the tape onto the deck look after that.

I would really like to see this up in the main section.

This thread is for the folk who dream of sheep in lingere, and goats with a dad who owns a brewery.

No mate it is were it is for a reason, Paddy and myself have a bad habit of upsetting our Yanky brothers on occasion ( sometimes deserved , sometimes not!) and having this thread means that if they do not like what we do they do not have to read it! Better than getting banned by the thought police. As far as the Raptor goes I should have some vid soon and will keep the 580 in her for that. The scary thing is it has no problem running race distance on a cheap 30c flight max 4s, temps are under 120 and speed would be a Bee's Dick off of 70. If only I was not made redundant a few weeks ago I would have been in Adelaide at the end of the month to give Wayne a shake up!! Unfortunatly the membership, fuel, accommodation etc has to be used for things like rent and food. Oh well the rigger will still be here when I get another job and then look out

Most of that sounds sweet Andy, the rigger that is.
I am sure you are job hunting and will find something that suits you.

I have learnt to bite my tongue in the main forums and I have indeed shown restraint by posting very little in the OT section. I read a lot and type a bit, but I am a big believer in using the "Preview Post " button. It gives me a moment to read and decide if that is what I really want to say.

I did , Dad came round for lunch. All my boats were dry by then after a spectacular morning on the water at the Quarry. No blowovers and only one tow in for a slipped shaft.

I sorted lunch, marinated rump steak ( 24 hrs in red wine + beer and shaved garlic ) prawns on the bbq with a bit of oil, beer and garlic, some chicken things for the girls, beer, red wine, more beer............beer.............I'll be off to bed soon.

Thanks Andy. 2 of my 7 kids remembered it. One that did not, came to remind me he has a Birthday soon. I feel my Alzheimers is going to be bad that day.
I did get a model out, but it was my glider. I had to wait for 30 minutes for the rain to stop but had about 45 minutes flying after that.
I wanted to take a boat out but as you know I have 1/2 a tooth pick embedded deep in my ankle and my foot is the size of a football and badly infected so the lake was not a good place for that. Too much duck crap on the bottom.
Speaking of Football I guess you noticed St. Kilda won it's 19th game of 21 for the season today.

All hail Nick 5 glorious goals today Nick, and man of the match again. You are a ledgend son, a pure legend.

                      Happy Fathers Day Andy.

Douggie there is no shame in Scotland beating us but there is when a Pom beats us. The word Cr***et will not enter our lips again until that big Tasmanian girl Pont*ng and his bunch of fairys bring back the Ash*s to our soil. Pont*ng

We are fierce rivals with the Kiwis but we will drink with them after any contest because they have nice sisters. What is South Africa? Some kind of new boat I guess.
I can see there is going to be real trouble when Andy reads your post

Chuck the above picture is copyright under international law. My Kangaroo Cheese Company is using that photo in an world wide advertising campaign. I must advise you to remove the ( very) offending image or be sued by the More Roo Than Moo Cheese Company!!
As far as the cricket goes, Australia will never regain the Ashes as long as they continue bowing to the pressure of Inbreed's Aust! and keep that bloody Tassy Captain.
Now NZ, piss off Douggie they can not even beat us at bloody marbles, useless pricks!
