Andy you are the prop man. I just pull the trigger and make them spin. I will send it to you sometime and you can check it then. I think we will have to make a book on my props that tells you what you have done to them so you have it on record and then you can check the records to see where to go next. It is all getting a bit professional isn't it? I will give you a phone call tonight if you are not going to be out womanizing
Yeah I know a Neu will be faster but I want to keep the Chinese motor in this boat and the other Xzess 2 is the Neu boat as a comparison to show people they do not have to spend big bucks on a motor to go fast. It is about $1 per mph for me so far. Money well spent I think.
I have several things I can do to Liquid Insanity to make it go faster but it all takes time when it is one change at a time and there are other boats to test also. I am hoping Mr Krabs gets a run tomorrow.

Chuck you will find that and more but remember my boat is a SAWcuit boat so it should be faster. If only I could spin an M545..........
You have done a fantastic speed for that boat.

As far as props go I don't keep any records other than what props I have done for who. I would think that a CMM would be needed to duplicate results from one prop to the next.

Correct Chuck but Andy can make a guesstimate of what he has done.
eg. Prop1 x642 detounged, mild cup etc. etc. etc
If he can pull crocodile teeth he can write on paper what he has done with my props or I will stop him seeing my sister

Paddy ... maybe your sister is doing the props and Andy just takes the credit for them! Did you ever see those meat hooks he calls hands?

                    Bingo!!!
Chuck I think you are correct. Last time I was at her house she was telling me she needed more cup and I thought she was talking about a part of her underwear.

Any mention of sisters must have a photo attached.

                      I don't have a sister thankfully.

As I have said before THIS IS Paddy's sister and I think I have done well for the swap of a Whiplash sport 40! I still do the props as she has no intellect to speak of but she knows what goes where and does not mind what position!!!!!
I have taught her to make a coffee and bring a beer as well, quite good for a Tasmanian!
She has asked for a Bra with more CUP as I only let her where nothing!!
She says hello Paddy and has asked me to tell you that I am better in the sack than you.
Cheers for now I have to teach her just how to milk a Kangaroo

Andy, if you get tired of Paddy's sister, she has all the attributes I am looking for. I will pay the fare over to Vancouver, as I am AC/DC...for the unwashed sheep/woman..guy. In the winter the sheep keep you warm and cuddly, in the summer Paddy's sister would be !!!!

                            Andy and the gang,
Tested 2 boats this morning. 2 new Tasmanian records

                            Boat 1
Liquid Insanity (Andy's old Xzess2) went 2 kph faster. The only changes were that I cut a little off the turn fin and put the GPS inside the hull for the first time. I guess it was the moving the GPS that helped most. M8 I am just a rats nu nu away from 70mph with that Chinese motor.

                            4s Elite LiPo, Feigao 6xl, Octura X642 = 111 kph or 68.97 mph

                            Boat 2
                            Mr Krabs
I used the M545 to keep the speed down a little as I am being careful with that 2.4ghz receiver inside the hull. It was 1kph faster than it was on the PolyQuest battery with the same prop. While the speed is not much more the power is a big difference. I have to be much more careful with the throttle now or Krabs throws those claws in the air and starts to look mean.

                            4s Elite Lipo M545 Neu 1521 1D 109 kph

Back to work tomorrow but I hope to test something again in the morning

On my last post I said I might test again today. See the results below......

Yes Andy, that is brass tubing you see protruding from the hull. This boat has been in several accidents and on board fires. At the time of adding the brass tubing I did not know where to buy carbon fiber and nothing keeps this Tasmanian from his boating. I thought you might all enjoy a good laugh at my expense.

Not laughing old friend!! Crying with frustration at your lack of driving skills. I think we should Detune your boats to 15mph until you can handle it!
