I think Douggie hit the nail on the hammer ozzie. It's measurements will be of some use to help us decide what to replace it with though.
Douggie is becoming the new Paul the Octopus.

7 3/4" X 3 3/4" if that helps ozzie.

Reasonable looking hull there
WTF is that great big shiney wart on the side of it ?
Some of the local youths have tailpipes on their mitsis that look like that.

I do think that hull is just begging for twins.

I have been thinking twin -hydro for a long time and have not got round to it yet.
This is more ammo for me to work with.
