As for putting our Boxing Kangaroo on a pink boat, I think that would be against some cruelty to animals law for sure. The Kangaroos could develop gay tendencies from looking at that. Man our Killer Roos should be able to tear a mans guts out with one drag of those claws down his abdomen. We don't want The Big Red roaming the country handing out flowers. i havent been repromanded yet,waiting for the pink boat owner to replie then if he says anthing i will let him have it.
the guy is a tool.
i told him not to buy the batteries he was running they coul not hold a 20a draw
every time he tried to got wot his boat would stop.
so i told him turn of the lvc and if it does not cut out your batteries are to blame not the esc, i told him try it for 30 seconds. he said that fixed it but wasnt going to buy more batteries, so i said limit your run to no longer than 2 minutes max
wanker ran it till the batteries caught fire about 8-10 min
then complained to andy it was my fault,tho he never told andy the full story
then he gets on a thread i started calling me "a self proclaimed expert"
i always tell people idont know if i havent had experiance with gear there asking about.
but what pissed me of is for 12 months i helped this guy who contacted me for help,every week for 3-4 hours on msn plus i gave him a blackjack hull
a 9xl,coupler,prop,etc

Have similar issue here with newbie gas rigger runner.
Built the boat for him finished april.. now he's a bloody expert. !
Another newbie rolls up, june sometime ...first day with bought boat.. batteries flat.. I tell him to put it away and learn to charge batts properly else all crap will happen .. .. other newbie bloke says he knows prob... DocWayne is a wanka for makin you pit it all away .. . failsafe is rooted.. 'fixes' radio glitch by rippimg the dodgey bit out .. .. starts and launches boat.. 2nd lap boofo .. curtains.
I build the newbie a replacement FireFirghter gas rig.. first time on water last weekend..
first day out the original bloke now with a wealth of 3 months experience starts dismantling and resetting cog and aoa.

I barked out loud and now Im a wanka for saying his enthusiasm outweighed knowledge 100/1.

yea i am no expert been back into fe about 3-4 years, i probably know less than what guys like andy have forgotten, if i dont know some thing i will ask.
but yea i have met some 3 week know it alls
funny thing about a month ago went and raced my short course truck
havent run a rc car in 3 years and never ran at this track,so i was the new guy
but when i placed in the A mains and then procceded to get 2 second places there was some pissed of guys,reckon the lap counting was wrong.
mind you i did forget to mention i had run rc cars for over 20 years and raced every thing from electric-nitro on and off road

Bloody hell guy's, finally sobered up enough to log on with the hotel Wi-Fi and you have all lost the PLOT !!! WHO gives a FAT RAT'S RECTUM about what the guy with a pink boat thinks, I have seen this boat in the flesh and it was BEYOND help, my advise to said stalker was to bin it and start again!
Now I have an appointment at the Mile End Gentleman's club, more beer, whiskey and back scrubbing by a hopefully not diseased young Asian lady.
