My system is activated by a switch mounted @ gas peddle lever under dash. I removed the wet Nitrous system because my fuel solinoid could not hold back the pressure of the OEM fuel pump at idle and while cruising around town. Intake was flooded with fuel because of it. I am thinking seriously about buying and using the safer 100hp NOS Dry kit.

Cam specs: duration @ .050 lift ... 224 intake 228 exhaust,... lift .570. So it does have a slight lope especially when car is first started when cold.

Nate, I trust that the brakes and suspension were also modified. As I come from a rallying background. The twists and turns in the road is where the fun is and skill as a driver. Watch on Speed what rally drivers accomplish on all road surfaces. They are truly the best race car drivers in the world. No yellows, no safety cars and when they crash it is into a tree or worse.

Iv watched a few of the Rally races in the Hill's ect. but I don't think Ill be running my front wheel drive in any autocross, Man it spins bad in and out of boost in sharp turns and has alot of understeer ect. My cars just a fun little car for the street. If I had an AWD it would be sweet to do some rally tho!

I have to say I'm still amazed at what you can do with a turbo on these 4 cyl engines, having the on demand power without ruining gas mileage is such a plus.

Out of curiosity I started searching to see if there are many hopped up turbo v-8's being run, and there don't seem to be many. I did find one though, (built by a Canadian speed shop) that's pretty cool. 1000+ hp, 8.80's.

Is the reason there are so few (it seems) v-8's running turbos is that they are just better suited to smaller displacement higher revving motors?

                Just thinking out loud here
