I hope when the truth comes out and the news like NBC reveals the truth and not chopped up edits, that justice will ultimately prevail! Ultimately, only the Brady lovers want this about guns. And when all the facts are disclosed, everyone can shut their keyboards and do something a bit more productive.... Like going the the shooting range.... or go to some other forum to lecture about how appropriately sensitive they are to whatever race they choose.

I don't know if we will ever get to the real truth. Many Arm chair experts have formulated an opinion based on limited or bias'd information.
Either way, whether innocent or guilty, Trayvon's life is gone. George's life is ruined. It would be bad PR for any company to hire him. It would be difficult to get him a fair unbias'd trial with all the media attention. Alternatively to the media and their portrayal of things. Forget Race, why Trayvon was there, why George decide he was suspicious, etc. Let's look at it like this. George had the right to stand his ground. But IMHO opinion that position changed when he decided to pursue Trayvon. At that point, Trayvon had the right to stand his ground as George took up the position of the perpetraitor . Trayvon was now the victim. If he punched,etc. George, would that not have constituted defense? At which point does the "Stand your ground" law take affect? Does it apply to the aggressor as well as the victim? Does it take into account pursuit of suspects vs. suspicious people?
I think each parties position in respect of the law will probably have to be established.
