I thought it was very entertaining and brought back some old memories. TV shows Like "Love American Style" and "Rowin and Martin's Laugh In."
But because I was young, I had to watch "Julia" "The courtship of Eddie's Father" and of course, "Family Affair".

Why don't we have the Midnight Special or Don Kirshner's Rock Concerts anymore?

Why can't some enterprising young individuals take over where these pioneers left off? There were a lot of good memories with those shows. Used that a few times as a lure too...

I would think the young individuals would have to have the "rights" to it.

I'm sure they could do the same legal wrangling the the original players in the game did.

When it comes to *MY* preferences to music, I want, 1; lyrics: clean clear concise, tell me a story. and/or 2; sheer musical talent, and/or 3 FUN!; is it possible to have a song without intricate lyrics, or orchestration? YES, many an example of this.
Music is an art form, it should evoke emotions, much like a painting. I learned this at an early age, perhaps seventeen;--- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7oCTM...eature=related

Oh no!!! He mentioned 17. it's either Janis Ian - At Seventeen, Kool and the Gang - Too Hot, or Rick James - 17. I think I'll go with Janis Ian for 100, Alex.

I just checked, it was Janis.

I think all music invokes emotion in people.... Do you enjoy music with screaming vocals but phenomenal musical talent? Or does your taste stop at Clean clear vocals?
