    PVSea Monster!

Just messing around with some PVC and came up with this. Think I might actually have enough spare parts to make it run.... If I can figure out a way to steer it.

I say twin rudders off the back of each sponson.

My question is whether or not it will float... You might want to also smooth out the bumps from each tube intersection.

Oh, yeah, it'll float. The sponsons are going to be set inside pool noodles.

Being that I have one and went through four different setups. You will be the happiest with a steerable outdrive system like the pro-boat ones or an outboard. Directional thrust is the way to go.

Yeah, since it's a rescue, that would help greatly! I don't know much about the outboards though or even which one would be the simplest.

OK, still don't know how I'm going to steer it, but I did get a 1/5th scale waterproof servo to help with the task.

I'm starting to think a pair of EDF fans and a V-Tail will do the trick. Still wating to see if I want to do the boogie board as and EDF or prop. The spare parts are growing, so the options are too!

My concern with EDF is flipping it. Although, it would probably still move upside down.

Air rudder! My BBRB spins like a top at full rudder.
