Great Customer Service From Jim @ Minicat Racing

I have to tell you the service I received was great! I ordered some parts for my used Starship I bought at Holbart, IN race over the weekend. I call Jim to introduce myself and then placed the order on line. I will be out of town Thrusday and I wanted to take my new/used toy LOL. Jim went the extra mile and pulled parts and then made a extra trip as his mail pickup had already gone. I just opened my mail at home and all my new parts are here and I can take everything with me. Again Jim thanks you very much.

Thanks Mike. I'm a modeler too and if I can put a smile on someone's face by working a bit harder, that makes me happier than the few bucks I might make on a sale. We modelers have to stick together! Gosh knows there are enough people out there that only want your money and then service be damned. Unfortunately for my bank account, I'm just the opposite! ;-)
