Cowls

I have the mold for this Wip cowl (fits the 20 or 40 size).
It also fits the Black Pearl Kits, and I suspect many others also.
This is a long cowl, Out of the mold it is 28" long.
There is extra room in-front and at the rear of the bubble to position it where you want it on your boat.
These are hand laid by me using two layers of 6oz cloth and West Systems 105 epoxy
Finished product is 1/16" thick.
The top of the bubble sits 1 5/8" above the deck.

Jay - the new version is not out yet, Pete has some other changes to make yet. When I talked to him about the opening on the deck (it is a little narrower then the other versions) this hatch will still work just fine.
The picture above is my Pearl.

Larry - the version I have, some where between 1- 10 the opening is 18 5/8 x 4 1/4.

Jay 4 1/4" - will give you about 3/8" of flat surface on each side.
So no problem.
