So I have to modify my PTSS for LSH and or P-Sport Hydro to make it legal for the nats? Very major bummer
Cool. The only reason I ask is because everyone assumed that the first gen Phil Thomas Stealth hull was legal in NAMBA, but it turned out that it wasn't. I didn't want anyone to have a similar surprise with this.. especially if they are planning to bring one to the NAMBA Nats in June.Nortavlag Bulc

Version 2 of the PT Stealth 30 is NAMBA Legal. It was the original version that wasn't. Transom bottom was about 1/2" too narrow.Darin E. Jordan - Renton, WA

The leads are the safety loop that we must use for racing here in Australia.
I epoxy a piece of 3/8" timber with two holes in it for the female bullets, under the deck. Two holes drilled through the deck to match.
The female bullets, with a short piece of wire and a connector to suit the battery on one & the ESC on the other, are epoxied into the timber protruding through the deck a bit.
The actual loop is a short piece of wire with a male bullet on each end.
Here's a pic of the loose bits.
The other piece of timber & brass tube in the pic is just a water outlet.Attached FilesSee the danger. THEN DO IT ANYWAY!!!
