Lol John. Ok so it rained all day here in Fl and couldn't run boat. Decided to take Lenny's advice and move ESC port side of motor to help counter torque roll from prop and give me plenty of room for batteries. I removed battery trays and ESC Tray and before I reinstall them should I make batteries horizontal or vertical in hull? I'm sure as far forward as possible. Noticed at higher speeds it bounces from sponson to sponson. Which position of batteries would help boat ride more stable?

I agree with Lenny, if you can do it both ways.
Ultimately it won't make much of a difference when it comes to reducing sponson-to-sponson rocking, unless your batteries are in the sponson, where the weight is then pushed to the furthest ( widest) possible distance. It will then only slow down ( due to the inertia) but would not eliminate the situation. You run on loose water and it's really not that bad. I think your boat is running well.
Set it up however works best for COG and connecting the batteries to the ESC.
I like to know how you were able to pull the trays off if you had epoxied them in the first place. That is a trick I never do well.

lets see the angle of your turn fin.....if its angled to high, it might contribute to the hull lifting (like a hydrofoil) and causing the rocking. Both of my Popeye's are stable as a rock.

Remember I was having a problem with it pulling right. Put on the UL-1 2mm fin and it's corrected some of the pulling. Here's some pics

Looks to me like you may need to raise the turn fin a little.

Bozo what doesn't look aligned? Bottom of bracket is parallel with bottom of sponson. Thx Jeff

Tim I take a hair dryer to it for a few minutes then gently pray up on it with small piece of plastic. Pops right off usually. I just use epoxy and don't add milled fiberglass like some people do.

jeff-in the picture it looks like the bracket bottom edge is lower on the left side-higher on the right side,while looking at the sponson bottom edge it might be an illusion. good luck with the boat, it looks great!

Yea was just the pic. It's pretty dead straight when I just looked at it on workbench.

I would try rotating the fin up a little bit. Like clockwise, but just a little bit to where you have a slight downward angle going toward the front of the boat. This should help keep the nose down a little bit more. My elam was riding high in the front and I did this and it helped a lot.

you guys got me working again on the turn fin got it fixed lasdt night then the winds came lol
