    General OSE feedback

    Once again, another slam dunk order from Steven @ OSE! I placed my order on Wednesday night, I got my package on Saturday afternoon. It wasn't much in quantity, nor in cost, but it was treated with the same attention as the bigger orders.

                      I just placed an order and it was missing pieces. Steven so helpfully pointed me in the direction of the manufacturer in canada to try and get my missing parts. Wow thanks alot for the awsome customer service.

                                  Not a rigger kit. You can't knock Taylor, at least someone as young as himself is out there developing new models and bringing them to kit form for the public. He's doing alot more for the hobby than alot of people including myself.

                                              I have dealt with Mr. Vacarro for a few years now and its just as good odering from him if though the store was right down the street from your house!! One of the main reasons why FE boating is so succesful is because of people like Mr. Vacarro and his store
