We sent the first batch back, they weren't the right size. They came in 4mm.

They are currently re-working them as 3/16".

I also increased the overall length to 110mm for some extra clearance on the transom.

Will keep this thread updated. As well as the FC site; https://sites.google.com/site/fightercat57/what-s-new

Please pre-order them now if you can. I'm running out of $$ stocking up on parts. Have to get some sales going to pay for new orders. I had to order 100 of these and they upped the cost by 200% after the last order/mistake, so now I'm behind the 8 ball.

Pre-orders are 100% refundable at any time for any reason.

You are on the top of the list Larry!

As of now, they should be shipping from the Factory somewhere between the 6th and 10th. I'll keep this thread updated with the latest information. It's been a long time coming. I started this request in September!

Are the 3/16 one's prop shaft made to accept a square or round flex shafts?

Both. To use a 1 piece cable, simply remove the hard prop shaft and insert the cable. Will also accept 3/16 078 wire drives.

                  Good stuff. Works both ways.

Remember the value of a two piece system is not losing the cable/hard prop shaft if the coupler comes loose or cable breaks.

Cool! Are the cables included? I am guessing they are since there are L and R designations. And thanks again Ben! U seriously much have the best customer service of anyone ever!

I'll have a set with cables once I get it all sorted out. It'll be 4mm (.150) to 3/16".

Keeping my fingers crossed that the new batch is correct.

Ah, OK, Just got a firm date of 12/20.

Apparently they have to make a new aluminum mold for the extended length of the stinger which is pretty expensive.

I'm laying out close to $5k to have these made, so...
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE pre-order these stingers!
(Just like Larry did. Thanks Larry! )

Tell your friends. Order extra! Tip your waiter!
