You don't really need the electronics tray. You can mount the servo with a standard standing servo mount and mount the ESC's directly to the hull or with a flat carbon plate ESC mount. I always preferred to run 6S batteries down in the sponsons and not up on the tunnel in the stock location.

I know I have a set of motor mounts in my parts box and I might have a set of drives. I'll have a look and get back to you.

I think I found the motor mounts Ordered them from over seas hopefully its not a scam

I did order the servo mount from OSE incase I cant find the tray
But I will for sure need the struts

I have a set of the motor mounts. I found a pair of the old style drives for the Zelos36 which are shorter than the Geico drives and don't have the deck pedestal attachment points.
