Strut to suit 8mm stub shaft

Not sure if I?m in the right place here but I?m trying to find a strut to suit 8mm stub shaft , for a 1/4 scale hydroplane I am building .

that's a pretty odd size ? is it machined down for 1/4" props ?

Yes that?s right , stepped down to 1/4? at the drive dog , need to run behind an inline twin for a 1/4 scale GP hydro project
