I'm looking for something cheap. I have a race prop in the box. Something that if it gets damaged, I don't care.

If you are looking for something cheap why don't you just buy the raw cast
prop new and sharpen and balance it your self. You say it's just for practice
so even if you don't do a very good job on it, SO WHAT. I doubt that anybody is going to offer a finished top for less than the price of an as cast.
