Are the TTX200 and TTX300 just as good? Same SLT tech... rx's are compatible.

Hi Pete, here is an other great feature of the Tactic radio.... besides throttle and steering is they float , long enough to get to dock level and scoop it out of the water!! Can only imagine one of those multi function tv screen radioz shorting out leaving you with a bank rainbow screen and your steering servo twitching out of control !!

Jaike, you never answered if the TTX 200 or 300 were just as good as the TTX240 you use. Any Idea? They use the same SLT protocol, same RX's.

I have a TTX200 and a number of Rx's and I was thinking of getting a TTX300.

BTW, the new RadioLink radios have SLT if I am correct. They also have incredible range. I'm ditching my old TV screen radio but I do have a stick TTX650 that does have a computer screen I'm keeping I bought up a lot of SLT rx's a couple years ago from a Taiwan seller on EBAY. I can leave them to you in my will.

I'll never forget when I came in second in Q Sport at the NAMBA nationals. Doug looked at me strange when I proudly stated 'TACTIC' when asked what radio I'm running.

I'm a firm believer in simpler the better. Last time I went to buy a car I asked for 'roll up' windows. Guy looked at me like I was nuts. Apparently they don't make them anymore. Best car I owned.....1985 Escort. 5 Speed. Great in snow. Great on gas. Roll up windows.

Good one Pete, I think I have a pic of Doug marching around with a goose feather stuck in a head band for that race!!
Sorry Ray missed that/ forgot, and I run boats daily some times for hours. Next race for me will be Atlanta in the spring and Michigan after that.
