Looking for a used boat good starter boat

My friend is looking to get a used veles proboat used blackjack 29 v3 used ul 19 or sonicwake. Pro boat is what he wants and it has to be ready without a reciever or with a reciver but everything needs to be In working order motor good prop good can be sharpened and balanced or one that is good for the boat he will get someone to s and b it. Anyway he doesnt need batteries or a transmitter. A bonus would be a stand with the boat. Hull can have minor comestic damage but nothing that allows water to enter the hull he doesnt want to repair one but if its minor that been patched up and watertight good.
