Impulse 31 decal sheet??

Anyone know if the red decal sheet was ever available from Pro Boat, and if so, from where can I get one? I'm look for a set like this for a V1 (although I think they are the same as the Black V2 graphics):

This was the Pro Boat part number: PRB4272
