WTB: cheap/basic 2.4ghz Rx/Tx

I'm still on the hunt for an ESC, but looks like I may just go with a new one.

In the meantime, I need a cheap 2.4 ghz Rx/Tx. I'm not brave enough to take my DX4s to the lake. It'd be nice if it was Spektrum compatible...but definitely not a requirement.

Rx and Tx? As long as it works, I don't care what it looks like. What's the asking price?

I would like to bench test this evening confirming everything is OK. I would think that $30 plus actual shipping charges is a fair price?

That sounds fair to me, I'm being a tightwad on this little project because once complete - I'm still not sure it's going to work like it does in my head. There is a guy locally that has a Traxxas TQi system - I'll know what his price is in the next few hours.

Just curious - do you guys think a cooler will block the 2.4g Rx/Tx?
