Well I have detonated a few in my day. I do have a heli controller 200 ICE LV that I modified with water cooling. Never could get the throttle right. Think I killed that one today.

If you have an ice 240 I can tell you how to fix it.....how mechanically inclined are you?

Instead of waiting on you to write back....

But a new mamba xl2 and take the circuit board out of it and put in the ice 240 case. I highly recommend putting a very thin coating of epoxy on the circuit board and the little bec board. Make sure you lift up the internal two caps. Don't get it on the metal strips that contact the heat sink/case. I just got another one in yesterday and I've begun converting mine to water cooling. I have to convert mine because the cooling tubes on the 240 won't let it fit in my boat. But yes the boards are identical. The software is different but it does not drive ANY different than an ice 240.

I had one here recently in a boat I just sank. Lol. So I know for a fact it works perfectly.

OK thanks for the tip. I do have a crispy ICE 240 case. I am mechanically inclined, but free time challenged.....

I can relate. I'd offer to do it for you but time is the problem I have too. Honestly it should take you about 20-30 minutes. Four screws, pop case apart. Swap. Screw together.
