You only need that to balance charge your LiPos...you can charge your LiPos with that charger by hooking them up directly to the charger.

It is a 5 cell 18.5 v Thunder Power. I think it said to charge it as a 5 cell and I don't know if that means a balanced cell charge. To be truthful I don't know how to charge Li-Po
