Looking for a RTR electric Hydroplane (modern style)

Looking for a 1/10 scale RTR electric Hydroplane (modern style). Great looking boat that I can take the kids to the local pond and race. Thanks in advance!

A spec 10th scale rtr might run you around $1000 as they must be scale perfect and generally hand built. For something off the shelf, the aquacraft ul1 is fast right out of the box and looks pretty good. Its a little smaller than 10th scale and made from abs plastic for around $350. You can also build a kit boat for about $200 but have to add hardware and radio gear for a total around $500+ Whip20 and MLboatworks have kits. The popeye hydro from Kintec is good looking also. Good Luck!

Thank you very much for your input. I have the Blackjack29 v3 and really like it but also want a scale sized hydroplane. I'll probably just wait it out and get a 1/10 scale RTR. I know it's expensive but probably worth it. Again I appreciate your feedback :)
