Also did a post in his thread with a link to this thread letting him know that looking for that style of boat.

As you know the Mystic 29 & MG29 are either exactly the same or extremely close. I like the Mystic's transom hardware better - but, that's just my opinion.

Don't blame you wanting one, they are very nice boats - got one myself couple \ weeks ago, LHS gave me a great deal.

Once you find one, contact BHCheiftan (he's on this forum) & ask him for one of his setup guides. Lots of great info for setting these boats up correctly.

Yep, I got really lucky... x2

1. LHS had it forever & day and was willing to take a $51 hit (they still made $44) - they normally stand firm on the MAP price. I'm a regular & guess they wanted to get rid of stale stock.

2. I very rarely carry $400 cash, but had it that day - have an e-fund, but that's in the bank in special account.

Here's a NIB MG29 - only I could find... http://www.ebay.com/itm/Pro-Boat-Mis...-/400860286678 - $359.99 - only $20 more than I paid - and they only have one.

Yes it is, but after reading his posts, think it's safe to say he has his heart set the MG29

As you can see, I posted a link to a brand new one. Don't think he'll find a used one in the condition he's looking for (see post #4).

I think the description is wrong (actually I'm sure of it) - that's very common on the bay. Sellers grab descriptions from out dated source's, especially the morons who wouldn't know a V1 from a V2 if hit'em upside the head.

Look at the box - says Dynamite on it - right under the letter "O" on the boat, also check the boat pic, the V1's do not have the PROBOAT, HORIZON, Spektrum, Dynamite decals on back of them. I'm looking at my boat right now, it looks just like the one on that box.

$100 says that's a V2 boat he's selling - ask him for the part number - V2's are: PRB4100B - the "B" at the end means it's V2. If your really worried, ask him to look at the boat & see if it has the decals on the back of the boat, the ones mentioned above.

Another clue is the canopy, V2's are plastic, brown on the inside, V1's F/G and probably white on the inside.

V1's have been discontinued for too long for there to still be a NIB boat available.

Chief says best prop with the stock motor on 4S is x642 - got mine from Dasboata, everybody here swears by him - for good reason, he does great work. Shoot him a PM when your ready, easiest to have him supply the prop & service, he'll PM his PP info when he's ready for pymt.
