Looking for a Traxxas Spartan killer. RTR

I've a customer that is looking to race his friends that have Spartans, and he wants something Faster. Looking for a custom RTR Boat new or used, prefferably with batt and charger that is in the roughly the same size as the spartan and a deep-V. Can spend up to about $1000 or possibly more. He wants a custom paint job but not necessary.

Any custom boat shops out there that might have something like that prebuilt rtr?
