Just cooked my Castle Hydra 120 ESC by just adjusting my exp throttle I don't understand why ? Didn't even get in the water yet gezzzz
Any one selling a decide one at a reasonable price doesn't have to be Castle creations .

My set up is a Leopard 4065 2700kv, Castle Hydra 120 ESC, Prather 225 Prop and a Hyperion 45c 4200Mah battery. Type of hull rigger .

I am not an expert by any means but I think you should ask Steve V or CC if that is a large enough ESC for your KV. Just a suggestion. A prather prop has more pitch and you may have to prop down to a 220 or even a 215. Like I said I am no expert but there are to many knowledgable guys here so you don't have to throw away money.

Thanks for the pointers appreciate it , but what I find unusually is that all was fine until I adjusted the Throttle EXP then it exploded ? Previous owner ran this rigger with this setup with no issues.
