Propeller adapter/sleeve from 0.187 to 0.250 (3/16" to 1/4")

Hello Guys,

for a friend living in the US I need a propeller adapter/sleeve from 3/16" to 1/4" DD. I found a suitable one from Octura here in Steves shop but its not in stock. Anyone else got a good source or can send one over to my friend for some $$?
