    WTT Neu 2230 1 Y for Neu 1527 1 D

I have a neu 2230 1 y w/ aluminum water jacket I want to trade for a neu 1527 1 D and castle ice 240. motor gone over by neu about 6 months ago . they put new bearings, balanced rotor, and test ran. has 8mm bullets. hasnt run since service. motor can has some scuffing and nicks from homemade jacket removal . nicks are hidden by water jacket and scuffs I put black marker on. doesnt affect anything , just cosmetic. motor runs 100%. I also put shrink tubing on wires where they go thru the end cap when I read about it on forum. , alot of power ! water jacket has one swivel water fitting, one straight. threads are perfect. great running motor, I guarentee it. downsizing and want to try smaller setup. 038.jpg

believe its a 750 or 725 kv. looking for a proven motor to run all out speed on lightweight rigger. researched forum best i could come up with was gil from gsr running 1527 1 D at 120 mph. if you have better suggestion I'm open to it , but cant afford trying motors, need best shot . understand? thanks. work second shift so bear with me, ok?

1527/1D is good the 1527/0.5 Y is a tad more efficient and a little higher KV I've run both and like the 0.5Y better thats just my opinion and I believe I have both I will check tonite when I get home.

are your motors 8mm shafts? prefer 8mm because will be running high rpms.

I believe all mine are 8mm and all my motors have just recently been back to NEU for rebalancing and new bearings, I'll try to get into my workshop tonight to make sure I have what you need.

yes Randy I had a couple of them too but I sold them a couple of years ago when I decided to use just 1527's but I have so many 1527's now and I don't use the .5Y or the 1D's anymore. I had one in a 50" M1 Supercat that was a missile!!!!
