    Rc-Hydros ESC

I had an Rc-Hydros esc that said it was 6-14 cells. I put two venom 5000MAH 7 cell batteries in and it BLEW UP! I was wondering if anyone had one out there that i might be able to purchase off of them. This is going in a traxxas villain with two graupner 600 motors. Ive always used 6 cell and this was the first time to run 7 cell batteries.

If buying and rc-Hydros esc is not an option are there any recomended BRUSHED esc's that can handle two motors?

I don't think a single RC-Hydros ESC will run two motors, but a pair of them will.

If you have splitter on your ESC for the TH channel, or run a Spektrum MR3000 (dual outputs for each channel), then you could run a pair of them.

Another thing to consider... Pro Boat (by Dynamite) makes some decent Brushed marine controllers. I they are rated at 50A and are used in their Shockwave and other smaller brushed boats. I've run them pretty hard and, for as simple as they are, they work well. Smooth, and the price is pretty decent. Pretty much foolproof...

What are these going in, by the way? Would be easier to recommend something...

I've used a single rc-hydros for my dual graupner 600 motors in my traxxas villain with two 3000 mah 6 cell batteries and a y splitter for the last 8 years. The esc said 6-14 cells so when one of my batts stopped charging I upgraded to two 7 cells. I have no problem going back to 12 cells I just wish I knew the specs on the rc-hydros esc so I could find a decent replacement
