how waterproof are these escs? And I am a tad hesitant as they have a rep for letting the smoke out.....have u used this esc in a boat yet?Comment

Brand new-never hooked up, so would imagine the magic smoke is still in them. Don't know how water resistant they are. I run 1/8 scale unlimited, and it's just to big-size wise.
