The blackjack 29 comes with an offset rudder. You can a new setup from horizon hobbies, or anyone that sells proboat. Or you can get an offset bracket from kintec racing for a miss geico
Yea it'll bolt up, but the servo rod hole will get blocked. Also you cannot "just" flip the tab around to the other side. You need to grind the tab down on the one corner, and you have to ream the holes to realign back up to the rudder holes. That tab is not symmetric in the way that you need it to be. Trust me I just went through it building a miss elam...
Also I'm not sure what turbonet means as far as an older blackjack. From my understanding there has been only 1 blackjack 29 produced which is the current model, and then there is the older blackjack 26 which is a totally different hull.
