I did use it the first time out when I first got the boat so I know it does work. I checked it out closer and it does indeed have a small nic in the longer wire. Because of that Ill just hold on to it. I don't want to sell junk. I'd end up throwing away the tx as well, so ill just hold on to it for now. I'm sorry to waste your time.
