I want to buy a Carbon fiber sheet 1.0mm-2.0mm thick 6''x10'' and a small piece of carbon cloth enough to do a motor mount and servo mounts

You will want thicker plate than that for mounts danny, unless it's a micro boat you're building.
We have cloth and plate at the site in my sig.
