I have a a 1/12 nitro bud hull in good shape I was going to convert to electric. It has a few scuffs and small chips, but no cracks or anything like that that I'm aware of. I may as well let it go, I've had it for years and I have other larger boats I want to build. It has new in package speedmaster .21 rudder and strut, with 1600kv motor and new 80hv ESC for it for $250 shipped. LMK
